Warehouse

Take your career to new heights

Following a short telephone interview, we invite the potential warehouse operative candidate to a one to one interview, asking them to produce their documents to ascertain whether or not they are eligible to work in the UK.

A written test is conducted and if successful we continue with the interview. We use our own tests or if preferred, use tests supplied from yourselves.

Once all the above has been completed a reference check is carried out and if passing this the temporary worker is ready for induction, health and safety training and finally placement.

We at Beavers Recruitment pride ourselves on hand picking our Temporary Workers to suit our customer’s requirements. We are able to provide a qualified assessor to induct and train candidates in manual handling either on site or at our facilities.

We also produce an Induction booklet, tailored to suit your needs and site and use a Manual Handling booklet amongst other Health and Safety leaflets which are read by the Temporary Worker. Once the declaration is signed as being read, it will be filed in their personal folder. All files can be audited at any time.

All our temporary workers once placed can contact us 24/7. We also operate a surgery at least once a week on the site where they are placed if agreed by management.

Our aim is to relieve you the customer from any tasks we can perform to enable you to manage your time more efficiently. A  contracts consultant is available 24/7 for all requirements.

Our aim is always to supply the best quality Temporary Workers.
