Admin, Call and Customer Service Temporary Workers

All new Admin, Call and Customer Service temporary workers are tested for:

  • Data entry skills
  • Accuracy test
  • Telephone test for selling
  • Numerical tests
  • Speed tests
  • Communication skills
  • Word/Excel tests
  • Basic maths and English tests

They will need to produce their documents to prove they are eligible to work in the UK, are vetted and referenced.

The interview procedure is the same as the Warehouse operatives and all candidates have access to a contract manager 24/7.
